Definition

A “device 1. Which mechanically or electronically co mpiles a total of the number of votes cast for each candidate and for or against each measure voted on; or 2. To which a list of offices and candida tes and the statements of measures to be voted on may be affixed and into which a card may be inse rted so that the votes cast for each candidate and for or against each measure may be indicated by punching the card with reference to the list.” Nev.
