Definition

A “list of the name and address of each applicant; the date and time of receipt of the application; the disposition of the application; the date of issue of the absentee ballot; the applicant’s precinct; whether the applicant is a voter, federal voter, qualified federal elector or an overseas citizen voter; and the date and time of receipt of the ballot.” N.
