Definition

A type of VVPAT in which the voter may touch the pape r ballot after it has been printed, as opposed to VIEW-ONLY systems, in which the ballot is pr otected behind a transparent shield. Voter-handled systems further subdivide into DEPOSIT-ONLY and TAKE-HOME systems.
