Definition
1. A requirement of a voting system that no pers on shall be able to learn how any particular voter has voted. 2. Some states forbid voters from showing their voted ballots to others: “No voter shall allow his ballot to be seen by any person with the inte ntion of letting it be known how he is about to vote except [to receive assistance].” N. H. Rev. Stat. §659.35(I).
