Trained critical infrastructure protection and vulnerability mitigation subject matter experts who work for DHS and are responsible for ensuring all Office of Infrastructure Protection critical infrastructure security and resilience programs and services are delivered to State, local, tribal, and territorial stakeholders and private sector owners and operator.
