Definition

A notation affixed to a ballot to indicate that it is genuine. “(a) the information on the ballot that identifies: (i) the ballot as an official ballot; (ii) the date of the election; and (iii) the facsimile signature of the election officer; a nd (b) the information on the ballot stub that identifies: (i) the election judge's initials; a nd (ii) the ballot number.” Utah Code §20A-1- 102(42).
