Definition

Such “blank books, blank forms, pamphlets and th ings other than ballots and equipment as may be necessary to enable the provisions of [t he election law] to be carried out properly.” N. J. Stat. Ann. §19:9-1. Election Systems and Software (vendor) A subsidiary of the McCarthy Gr oup that provides voting equipment and election services. It was founded originally as Amer ican Information Systems (AIS) in 1979, then merged with Business Records Corporation (BRC) in 1980 and changed its name to Election Systems and Software in 1981.
